RETURN POLICY

At BESS Computer Sdn Bhd ("BESS," "we," "us," or "our"), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Defective or Damaged Products - If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items - The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:
- Software, digital downloads, or licenses (once activated)
- tems damaged after delivery (e.g., by customer mishandling).
- Products missing serial numbers, labels, or original accessories
Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, you must provide all requested information (e.g., order details, proof of defect, photos/videos) within 7 days of contacting us.
- If the required information is not submitted within 7 days, your refund request will be automatically closed, and no refund will be processed.
Approved Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank transfers/e-wallets may take additional processing time. BCSB will not going to responsible and accept any return after that.
Warranty Claims
Products under manufacturer warranty must follow the warranty terms provided. We may assist in processing warranty claims but are not liable for manufacturer policies.
In the event customer has canceled the order and return the item to Bess Computer SDN. BHD. (BCSB), the transportation fees will not be cover by our company. Once customer order Return & Refund is approved after the product has been quality checked, customer will be required to fill up a refund form and email back to BESS COMPUTER SDN. BHD.
Kindly be informed that banking process may take up to 14 working days.
